We are a functional fitness facility. While our workouts utilize the same high-intensity methodology and equipment as CrossFit (such as barbells, rigs, and gymnastics), we are an independent gym with our own unique programming. Many of our members use our classes to train for CrossFit competitions or simply to build elite functional strength.
