Terms & Conditions: Einhorn Training Co.

Welcome to Einhorn Training Co. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://einhorntrainingco.com), our facility located at 149 Ferryboat Ln, New Braunfels, TX, and our various fitness and nutrition services. By accessing our site or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership & Enrollment

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. Minors may participate in "Athlete Training" or "Homeschool Phys Ed" only with a signed parental/guardian waiver.

  • Membership Types: We offer Unlimited, 3-Day, Punchcards, and specialized programs. Memberships are personal and non-transferable.

  • Fees: All fees are due in advance. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice to active members.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Monthly Memberships: Cancellations must be submitted in writing [Insert Number, e.g., 15 or 30] days prior to your next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.

  • Punchcards: All 10-class punchcards expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused classes are non-refundable.

  • No-Show Policy: For Personal Training or small group sessions, a 24-hour notice is required for cancellation, or the session fee may be forfeited.

3. Health & Safety (Waiver of Liability)

  • Physical Readiness: By participating, you represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from intended exercise. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting any high-intensity program.

  • Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that functional fitness (including weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity cardio) carries inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with training at Einhorn Training Co.

  • Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Einhorn Training Co., its owners (Taylor and Grant Reber), and its coaches from any liability for injuries or damages sustained while on the premises or participating in our programming.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Community Values: We are a community-focused gym. We expect all members to treat coaches and fellow athletes with respect.

  • Equipment: Members are responsible for using equipment as instructed and returning it to its proper place. Damage caused by reckless behavior may result in replacement fees.

  • Childcare: On-site childcare is provided during peak times as a courtesy. Parents must remain on the premises while their children are in the childcare area.

5. Nutrition Coaching

  • Our nutrition coaching provides habit tracking and macro guidance. It is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical nutrition therapy or advice from a registered dietitian or medical doctor.

6. Media Release

  • We frequently take photos or videos of classes for social media and marketing. By training at Einhorn Training Co., you grant us permission to use your likeness in these materials unless you explicitly opt-out in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All programming, workout methodologies and website content are the property of Einhorn Training Co. and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Comal County, TX.
