GROUP FITNESS

1 hour group class. Led by a coach from start to finish.
Each class begins with a whiteboard discussion going over our workout for the day.
Our coaches will then lead you through a workout specific warm up to prep the body for exercise.
From here our coaches will demonstrate movements, provide modifications/accommodations and make sure the whole class is ready to go.
Once the workout begins, our staff is walking around the room ensuring proper movements to keep you safe and your workouts effective.
ANYONE of all ages and stages of life can do what we do here. Our coaches are excellent at tailoring your workout to fit your physical abilities.

COMING IN JANUARY!
Homeschool students get the opportunity to have fun while learning the basics of safe training.
The primary focus of this program is teaching your kids how to properly move their bodies through space.
Games are used as a way to let them be kids and integrate the skills they have learned in class.
EINHORN ATHLETICS

Coach Grant leads several group and 1-on-1 training sessions with aspiring athletes.
His training program helps them improve their strength, speed, power and coordination.
Making them a more well rounded athlete, no matter the sport they play.
