Every quarter our class schedule shifts as we enter a new training block. For example, we’re in Quarter Three and we will be focusing on our Body Building Cycle every Tuesday and utilizing out of the gym opportunities to put our fitness to the test. We offer childcare!

As parents, we know how hard it can be to get in a workout uninterrupted. Which is why we offer THREE Childcare classes a week for our busy moms and dads!

Join us every…

Monday @ 12:00pm

Wednesday @ 12:00pm

Friday @ 12:00pm

We have a designated childcare room that is available at every class but during these three classes, we have a fellow mom here in our kids room opening all of the fruit snacks and keeping your sweet kiddos entertained while you move :)

    July 4th @ 9am - 10am

    We will have one class only today and it’ll absolutely be a burner because there’s no better way to celebrate America than with sweat and a little bit of tears!
