Every quarter our class schedule shifts as we enter a new training block. For example, we’re in Quarter Two and we will be focusing on our Gymnastics Cycle every Tuesday and utilizing out of the gym opportunities to put our fitness to the test. We offer childcare!

As parents, we know how hard it can be to get in a workout uninterrupted. Which is why we offer THREE Childcare classes a week for our busy moms and dads!

Join us every…

Monday @ 8:30am

Wednesday @ 12:00pm

Friday @ 12:00pm

We have a designated childcare room that is available at every class but during these three classes, we have a fellow mom here in our kids room opening all of the fruit snacks and keeping your sweet kiddos entertained while you move :)

Upcoming events

  • Memorial Day murph

    May 26th @ 9am - 11am

    It's that time of year where we honor those who sacrificed for our country by partaking in the famous “Murph” workout. We will host a BBQ afterwards so BYOB and come hang out with us!

  • Independence Day Workout

    July 4th @ 9am - 10am

    We will have one class only today and it’ll absolutely be a burner because there’s no better way to celebrate America than with sweat and a little bit of tears!
