FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

  • 1 hour group class. Led by a coach from start to finish.

    Each class begins with a whiteboard discussion going over our workout for the day.

    Our coaches will then lead you through a workout specific warm up to prep the body for exercise.

    From here our coaches will demonstrate movements, provide modifications/accommodations and make sure the whole class is ready to go.

    Once the workout begins, our staff is walking around the room ensuring proper movements to keep you safe and your workouts effective.

    ANYONE of all ages and stages of life can do what we do here. Our coaches are excellent at tailoring your workout to fit your physical abilities.

OUR PROGRAMS

ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

  • Every Thursday at 530pm Coach Grant leads our Athlete Development class for athletes ages 9 and up.

    Workouts are focused on improving strength, speed, power, agility and coordination making your young athletes an absolutely force in their sport.

    This class teaches your kids proper movement in the gym and aims to make them a more well rounded athlete.

STRONG4LIFE

  • Fitness for the 60 and up community with a primary goal of maintaining strength and independence throughout life.

    This program focuses on strength development, balance training and mobility. Optimizing performance for a healthy, active and independent lifestyle well beyond the gym.

Every quarter our class schedule shifts as we enter a new training block. For example, we’re in Quarter FOUR and we will be focusing on Aerobic Capacity every Tuesday and utilizing out of the gym opportunities to put our fitness to the test. We offer childcare!

As parents, we know how hard it can be to get in a workout uninterrupted. Which is why we offer THREE Childcare classes a week for our busy moms and dads!

Join us every…

Friday @ 12:00pm

We have a designated childcare room that is available at every class but during these three classes, we have a fellow mom here in our kids room opening all of the fruit snacks and keeping your sweet kiddos entertained while you move :)
