Every quarter our class schedule shifts as we enter a new training block. For example, we’re in Quarter FOUR and we will be focusing on Aerobic Capacity every Tuesday and utilizing out of the gym opportunities to put our fitness to the test. We offer childcare!

As parents, we know how hard it can be to get in a workout uninterrupted. Which is why we offer THREE Childcare classes a week for our busy moms and dads!

We have a designated childcare room that is available at every class but during these three classes, we have a fellow mom here in our kids room opening all of the fruit snacks and keeping your sweet kiddos entertained while you move :)

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Gym Schedule

  • We offer a variety of class times throughout the day to accommodate every lifestyle. Our early morning sessions start at 5:30 AM for the "dawn patrol" crowd, with additional classes mid-morning, noon, and evening. You can view our most up-to-date schedule—including our Strong4Life and Athlete Development blocks—directly on this page.

  • Every class on our schedule is designed for all fitness levels. Whether it is a 5:30 AM session or a noon class, our coaches are experts at "scaling" the workout. This means we can adjust the movements and intensity for a beginner and an elite athlete in the same room, at the same time. You never have to wait for a "beginner's cycle" to start your journey at Einhorn Training Co.

  • Our weekend schedule is slightly different to allow for community events! Every Saturday at 9:00 AM, we host our Free Community Workout, which is open to all skill levels. We also offer specialized "Endurance" or "Skill" sessions on select Saturdays. Please check the calendar above for this week's specific Saturday and Sunday availability.

  • We currently offer on-site childcare during our peak morning and evening hours. On the schedule above, look for the "Childcare Available" tag or color-coding on specific class blocks. We strive to provide a safe, fun environment for your kids while you focus on your training.

  • Open Gym is available for members who want to work on specific skills, follow a personalized accessory program, or make up a missed workout. Generally, Open Gym runs during non-class hours and select mid-day blocks. Check the schedule above for designated "Open Gym" times to ensure the floor is available for your independent training.

  • We rarely cancel classes, but we do occasionally run a "Holiday Schedule" (such as a single morning "Hero WOD" on Memorial Day or the 4th of July). Any changes to the regular New Braunfels facility hours will be updated in real-time on this schedule page and announced on our social media channels.
